SURFACE--Syracuse University Research Facility And Collaborative Environment--is a full-text, institutional repository that provides access to SU’s scholarly, professional, scientific, and creative output. Faculty members, graduate students, and even undergraduates (with faculty sponsorship) can submit their work themselves, or work with library staff to upload into the repository.
The repository accepts a variety of submission types, including articles, audio recordings, book chapters, books, conference documents, dissertations, reports, videos, and web sites, among others.
This system increases the visibility and impact of our scholars’ work, and ensures that the University community will maintain long-term preservation and access to those materials.
